We are a full-service Environmental Consulting firm. We are a medium-sized, privately held firm that has successfully implemented our growth plan for approximately 20 years and continues to grow, despite current economic conditions. Our client service focus is the primary reason for the loyalty and repeat business shown by our customers over the years. We have a consistent, large quantity of active projects with a substantial backlog. Our long-tenured employees enjoy the relaxed, small-company feel while working on challenging projects that have made IWM financially strong and poised for growth. IWM was recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with the National Notable Achievement Award for Brownfields Team Excellence for strategic revitalization efforts associated with the Tinker Flats project. 2019
Lincoln Apartments/National Malleable Castings project received a U.S. EPA Region 5 National Recognition Award for the creative approach to securing multiple funding sources. 2015
The City of Indianapolis received the Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence in Land Use: Brownfields Redevelopment Project for the Former Foundry site that was redeveloped into Lincoln Apartments. 2014
The City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development Phase I ESA Area Wide Survey Project received National Recognition from the U.S. EPA for its innovative approach to community wide assessments. 2007
